Job summary

Nike Hershey Factory Store is seeking a Retail Supervisor to lead a high-energy team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. You will guide customers to the right products, model Nike Service Principles, and drive store performance while building a welcoming, inclusive shopping experience.

The role requires flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays, with opportunities to coach teammates, learn the latest products, and grow within Nike’s store culture.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail or consumer service experience.

• Operating a cash register, shipping, and receiving duties, stocking products, cleaning and building visual displays with or without accommodations.
