Job summary

Crocs, Inc. is seeking a Team Lead, Sales Full Time in Kansas City to drive exceptional in-store experiences and lead a team to achieve sales goals.

You will coordinate daily store activities, assist in POS and merchandising, and maintain brand standards while delivering outstanding customer service. This role requires 2–3 years of retail leadership experience, a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends, and a proactive approach in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• 2–3 years of retail experience with preference for candidates with prior store leadership roles.
• Flexibility in the work schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays and extended hours.
• Desire to succeed in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer experiences by applying Crocs service model.
• Lead in-store operations across departments to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
• Assist in POS management, merchandising, product placement and stockroom duties.
• Lead by example on the sales floor to achieve personal and team sales goals.
• Delegate tasks, monitor progress and ensure timely follow-up while maintaining service standards.
• Stay informed about product launches and brand initiatives to engage customers.
