Family Farm and Home in Wayland, MI is seeking a Team Leader to learn the company culture and lead a team to deliver exceptional service and sales results. The role focuses on merchandising, inventory control, expense management, and staff development to meet budgeted goals.

The Team Leader will support the store manager, drive a strong customer service culture, manage scheduling, and protect company assets while ensuring a safe, clean store environment.
