Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary leadership on the sales floor with emphasis on customer service.
• Ensure staff completes duties, puts out freight, and finishes store projects efficiently.
• Open and/or close the store regularly as scheduled.
• Support training and adherence to Elder's Six E's principles.
