Job summary

Elder's ACE Hardware in Chattanooga, TN is seeking a Store Leader to provide exemplary leadership on the sales floor, ensure outstanding customer service, and keep the store well-stocked, neat, and safe.

The Team Leader will open and close shifts, drive staff productivity, train associates on The Six E’s, and coordinate tasks such as freight, duties, and project work to support store success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year retail supervisory experience.
• Experience in a hardware/home improvement store is a big plus.
• Available to work one weekend day per week and 1–2 evenings.

Responsibilities

• Provides exemplary leadership on the sales floor with emphasis on customer service.
• Helps keep the store staff focused on important tasks and projects.
• Opens and/or closes on a regular basis.
• Assists in training and enforces company principles.
