• 1-3 years experience in a retail supervisory position.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Team Leader Coach in planning strategies to attract donors, customers, and staff.
• Hire, onboard, and train team members; coordinate daily customer service operations.
• Monitor and maintain store inventory; supervise and motivate staff.
• Create reports and analyze retail data including revenues and expenses.
• Ensure store policies and AGI guidelines are followed; represent the store professionally.
