You will hire, onboard, train, and supervise staff, monitor inventories and performance, and report on financials while upholding AGI policies and delivering world-class service to customers and donors.

• Monitor and maintain store inventory; supervise staff and evaluate performance.
• Create reports and analyze store revenue and donor value; conduct audits.
