Alabama Goodwill Industries (AGI) is seeking a Team Leader Coach to support the Store Leader in managing daily retail operations, developing staff, and driving performance. You will help recruit, onboard, and train team members while ensuring excellent donor and customer service.

The role involves supervising staff, coordinating inventory, and analyzing store metrics to meet quarterly goals. A strong customer-service mindset and drive for improvement are essential in this Alabama-based position.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the Team Leader Coach in planning and implementing strategies to attract donors, customers, and team members to support our mission and operations.
• Hire, onboard, and train team members.
• Coordinate daily customer service operations.
• Track the progress of weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual objectives.
• Monitor and maintain store inventory.
• Evaluate team member performance and assess training needs.
• Supervise and motivate staff to perform their best.
• Coach and support new and existing team members.
• Monitor retail operating costs, budgets, and resources.
• Handle complaints from customers.
• Create reports, analyze and interpret retail data, like revenues, expenses, and donor value.

The ATL will be expected to step into the TLC (Team Leader Coach) role in the absence of the TLC.
