You will collaborate with the management team to support daily store operations, uphold high standards, and foster a positive, inclusive culture.

You will lead, coach, and support colleagues to deliver great service, manage stock, and ensure accurate pricing and signage.

Responsibilities

• Maintain stock levels and size availability to maximize sales.
• Keep the sales floor well-presented, merchandised, and replenished.
• Allocate daily tasks and support schedules for productivity and engagement.
• Oversee customer areas to ensure a fast, friendly shopping experience.
• Support opening, closing, and store duty management when needed.
• Review customer feedback and resolve issues professionally.
• Coach and develop colleagues through effective communication and onboarding.
• Ensure pricing, signage, markdowns, stockroom organization and safety checks.
