Job summary

Express is seeking an Assistant Manager at the Galleria/Ft Lauderdale store to support daily operations and lead a high-performing team. You will partner with the Store Manager to recruit, train, and supervise staff, while driving sales and delivering an outstanding in-store experience for customers.

Responsibilities include coaching Sales Associates, ensuring policy compliance, and optimizing merchandising and omnichannel execution.

Qualifications

• Education: High School or Equivalent.
• Experience: 1-3 years in a retail role.
• Proficient with iPad and point-of-sale registers.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work nights, weekends and non-business hours.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in supervising store operations.
• Train and develop Sales Associates.
• Drive sales and maintain high store morale.
• Oversee daily store tasks and merchandise flow.
