You will recruit, coach, and develop managers and staff, ensuring omni-channel and operational excellence. You may lead in GM’s absence and promote the brand while driving profitable sales growth.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of retail management experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication with customers and team.
• Proven ability to coach and mentor staff.

Responsibilities

• Build effective teams and drive high performance.

• Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop managers and employees.
• Coach and provide feedback to build capabilities.
