Job summary

Office Depot is seeking a part-time Retail Team Lead to drive total solutions across products, technology, services, furniture, and print. You will build customer relationships, apply training to support sales, and contribute to a positive culture aligned with Office Depot values.

The role includes leading in-store activities, assisting with Print Services, and performing Leader on Duty responsibilities on a flexible schedule while maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years related experience; sales and/or customer service preferred.
• Basic computer skills; able to use job-related technology and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Print Sales and Services support to drive store sales and assist customers.
• Operate and assist associates on printing equipment to complete orders on time.
• Coordinate service needs for customers using store communication tools.
