Responsibilities

• Print Sales and Services: support printing operations and drive store sales.
• Operational Efficiency: process merchandise and assist with loss prevention.
• Client Engagement: coach staff, develop product knowledge, and improve customer experience.
• External Key Carrier / Leader on Duty: open/close duties and security responsibilities.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent

1–3 years related experience; sales and/or customer service preferred
