Job summary

Office Depot is seeking a part-time Retail Team Lead to deliver total solutions in products, technology, services, furniture, and print. You will build trusted customer relationships, apply training to support sales, and help maintain a customer-centric store culture aligned with the Office Depot 5C values.

The role may include Leader on Duty responsibilities, opening/closing shifts, and collaboration to improve sales and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• 1–3 years of related sales or customer service experience.
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Support sales of print, technology, furniture and other offerings to drive store sales.
• Operate Print Services area equipment and ensure orders are accurate and on-time.
• Maintain visual merchandising and store standards; assist with loss prevention.
