• Ensure guests are greeted and assisted on entry
• Train staff to deliver customer-service focused experiences
• Manage operations in the manager's absence
• Resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally
• Maintain stock inventory and raise shortages
• Process orders from warehouse and vendors as needed
• Complete monthly safety inspections and incident reports
• Maintain cleanliness and a welcoming store atmosphere
• Compile daily cash and sales data using Excel and POS systems
• Oversee nightly close-out and cash balancing
• Assist with scheduling within labor budgets
• Assist hiring of General Utility Workers and Sales Associates
• Coordinate payroll for the department and weekly reporting
