Abercrombie & Fitch Co. in the United States is seeking a Key Lead to supervise floor operations, coach Brand Reps and Stock Associates, and drive store performance through outstanding customer service and daily sales achievement.

The role requires coordinating opening/closing routines, operating POS, fulfilling omni-channel orders, building displays, and analyzing reports to inform decisions. Schedule is part-time, with weekend availability; starting wage is $17.85 per hour.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED preferred, or equivalent.
• 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Retail supervisory/management experience not required.
• Experience leading groups or teams preferred.
