Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is hiring a Key Lead to supervise frontline teams on the sales floor. You will guide Brand Reps and Stock Associates to ensure smooth store operations and outstanding customer experiences.

Responsibilities include opening/closing routines, POS operation, and maintaining visuals while supporting omnichannel orders. The role emphasizes teamwork, integrity, and a proactive approach to daily sales and store assets management.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED preferred or equivalent.
• 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Retail supervisory / management experience not required.
• Experience in leading groups or teams preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
• Demonstrate Product Knowledge, Brand Awareness, while driving sales.
• Build and maintain Visual Displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect Store Assets & perform Inventory Control.
• Represent the Brand and Exemplify Company Culture and Values.
