Crocs, Inc. is seeking a Part Time Team Leader to drive exceptional customer experiences in our Philadelphia store.

You will lead a team on the sales floor, manage day-to-day tasks, and collaborate with store leadership to achieve personal and team sales goals while maintaining brand standards and service excellence. duties include assisting in all departments, managing POS and stockroom operations, and staying informed on product launches to engage customers and strengthen Crocs’ connection

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of retail experience with a preference for candidates with prior store leadership roles
• Must be 18 years or older
• Desire to succeed in a high growth, fast-paced retail environment
• Flexibility in schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays and extended hours

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding consumer experiences by applying our C.H.A.R.M service model
• Lead by example on the sales floor and collaborate with Store Management to hit sales goals
• Assist in all store departments including POS, merchandising, product placement, visual presentation, and stockroom operations
• Be a brand ambassador by knowing current product launches and initiatives to elevate consumer connection
• Adhere to Crocs policies including Asset Protection, inventory control, and compliance
