Qualifications

• 2–3 years of retail experience required.
• Preference for candidates with prior store leadership roles.
• Flexibility in work schedule including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding consumer experiences using Crocs service model.
• Lead by example on the sales floor and help achieve sales goals.
• Assist in all store departments and maintain stockroom operations.
• Ensure opening/closing procedures and cash handling are followed.
