Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• At least one year of leadership, supervisory, or key-holder experience.
• Two or more years of retail, customer-service, hospitality, or related experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and customer-service skills.
• Dependable, professional, and able to take initiative.
• Basic computer and point-of-sale skills.
• Ability to work days, evenings, weekends, and certain holidays.
• Ability to remain active for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional service to shoppers and vendors
• Support daily store operations and assigned employees
• Open and close the store according to established procedures
• Operate the point-of-sale system and follow cash-handling procedures
• Maintain a clean, organized, safe, and welcoming store
• Assist with shopper and vendor questions
