New Balance in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a full-time Retail Team Lead to open/close the store, drive results, and deliver a world-class guest experience. You will lead by example through our Core Competencies and coach the team on daily operations.

The role emphasizes leadership, scheduling, recruiting, and ensuring safety while meeting store KPIs. The ideal candidate has retail supervisory experience and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 2 years’ retail supervisory experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent educational experience.
• Demonstrated leadership ability.
• Strong customer service and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule to meet the demands of a thriving retail business, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with assistance, stand for long periods, and move product as needed.

Responsibilities

• Be a positive leadership presence on the sales floor and coach associates.
• Drive results and KPIs through training and development.
• Assist store manager with scheduling and floor moves as needed.
• Deliver a great guest experience using the GUEST service model.
• Maintain operational standards, inventory control and procedures.
• Involve in recruiting, interviewing and hiring top talent.
• Follow safety and reporting regulations.
