Job summary

Lids Sports Group is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead store operations, coach staff, and ensure exceptional customer service. You will drive sales, manage daily store activities, and uphold store standards while supporting the Store Manager.

The role requires strong interpersonal skills, the ability to work unsupervised, and a focus on loss prevention and operational excellence within our Maryland stores.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate ability to drive sales and minimize loss.
• Excellent verbal communication and professional demeanor.
• Ability to work unsupervised and take initiative.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on Duty for scheduling issues and customer complaints.
• Lead and train store associates through LIDS Training Programs and goal setting.
• Enforce company policies, dress code, and integrity of store operations.
• Manage cash handling, opening/closing tills, and bank deposits.
