Job summary

Aramark Retail Lead Worker coordinates store operations and trains utility workers and cashiers, assigning daily tasks to ensure excellent guest service. Leads by example, maintains a professional atmosphere, and resolves guest issues promptly to uphold high standards.

Responsibilities include training, scheduling, inventory awareness, and supporting management in payroll and labor tasks, with emphasis on accurate cash handling and daily reporting.

Qualifications

• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Must be of legal age to work with alcohol and have responsible alcohol training.
• Flexible with rotational schedule, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Perform all Sales Associate and General Utility Worker duties.
• Hold pre-shift meetings to share daily tasks and safety reminders.
• Act as concierge resource for guests and greet customers.
• Train staff in customer service and teamwork.
• Manage nightly cash close and balance daily sales.
