The role requires leading and coaching a team, coordinating daily operations, and maintaining safety and store standards while delivering results and a memorable feel-good shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Retail supervisory experience in a fast-paced setting.
• Ability to coach and develop associates.
• Strong customer-focused selling culture.
• Availability for evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent.
• Act as Manager on Duty when scheduled to address customer experience, vendor relations, or maintenance issues.
• Support action plans with Sales Leadership Team for results and execution of operations.
• Perform opening and closing routines including bank deposits and shipment receipts.
• Set daily shift goals and direction for associates.
• Provide performance feedback and recommendations to managers.
• Lead in-store customer experiences with selling behaviors and product knowledge.
• Train, coach and motivate associates to improve selling and customer experience.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness and adherence to policies.
