Vans is seeking a Supervisor to support the store leadership team in delivering a best-in-class customer experience. You will coach associates, maintain store standards, and help maximize profitability while promoting an inclusive, fast-paced work environment.

You will lead by example, oversee daily operations, train new hires, and ensure stock flow and visual merchandising align with brand directives.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail or store leadership experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• A High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred; hands-on experience valued.

Responsabilités

• Lead and coach store team to deliver top-tier customer experience.
• Partner with Store Manager to maximize store profitability and standards.
• Oversee opening/closing, floor coverage, and task delegation.
• Support stockroom with inventory, shipments, and product flow.
• Train and onboard new team members; provide ongoing feedback.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and product replenishment.
