Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail or store leadership experience in a fast-paced environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred; hands-on achievements valued.
• Proven ability to drive results through store teams and exceed goals.
• Strong verbal and written communication; ability to influence across levels.
• Comfortable with opening/closing, merchandising, and stockroom tasks.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a high level of personalized customer engagement through genuine interactions.
• Support the store team in achieving sales goals by monitoring progress against KPIs.
• Model selling behaviors and foster a consumer-centric mindset.
• Coach and develop associates to deliver high engagement and productivity.
• Supervise daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures and floor coverage.
• Support stockroom operations, inventory, and product flow to the sales floor.
• Assist in training and onboarding new team members; provide ongoing feedback.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and product replenishment alignment.
• Promote safety, policies, and loss-prevention practices.
• Foster an inclusive store environment encouraging collaboration.
