Qualifications

Responsibilities

Deliver a high level of personalized customer engagement.
Support store team in achieving and exceeding sales goals.
Model selling behaviors and foster a consumer-centric mindset.
Coach and develop associates to deliver high levels of customer engagement and productivity.
Supervise daily store operations including opening/closing and floor coverage.
Support stockroom operations and ensure timely product flow to sales floor.
Assist in training and onboarding new team members; provide feedback.
Maintain visual merchandising standards and product replenishment.
Promote community engagement and uphold safety and store policies.
