Job summary

Vans is seeking a Supervisor to support the store's leadership team, coach and develop associates, and drive an exceptional customer experience. You will partner with the Store Manager to maximize profitability, maintain brand standards, and ensure smooth daily operations in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role requires 1+ years in retail or store leadership, strong communication, and the ability to mentor others while upholding safety and policy standards.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail or store leadership experience in a fast-paced environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication; able to influence across levels.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a high level of personalized customer engagement through genuine interactions.
• Support the store team in achieving and exceeding sales goals by monitoring progress against KPIs.
• Model selling behaviors and foster a consumer-centric mindset through authentic customer interactions.
• Coach and develop associates to deliver high levels of customer engagement and meet productivity goals.
• Supervise daily store operations, including opening/closing, floor coverage, and task delegation.
• Assist in training and onboarding new team members; provide ongoing feedback and support.
