Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalised customer engagement and drive sales goals.
• Lead by example, coach and develop associates.
• Oversee daily store operations including opening/closing and floor coverage.
• Support stockroom operations and ensure timely product flow to sales floor.
• Maintain visual merchandising and inventory integrity.
• Provide onboarding and ongoing feedback to team members.
