Qualifications

• Two years of supervisory experience leading a team.
• Basic math skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Prior experience working in a retail or customer service-related environment.
• Warehouse experience, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains store financial assets: tills, deposits and change fund.
• Supervises staff to ensure excellent customer service.
• Delegates tasks for all store team members.
• Creates an environment for staff to meet goals and performance metrics.
• Meets or exceeds daily store goals.
• Develops relationships with donors and customers.
• Assists customers with purchases and pricing.
• Ensures the sales floor is customer friendly.
• Checks pricing for policies and formats.
• Understands item pricing and color of the week.
• Assists with hiring and onboarding of new team members.
• Understands and practices all safety requirements.
• Performs other duties as assigned by Store Manager.
