Crocs, Inc. is seeking a Team Leader (Part Time) in Fort Worth to deliver outstanding consumer experiences and lead a collaborative team on the sales floor.

You will participate in all store operations, including POS, merchandising, stockroom management, and daily recovery to keep the store business-ready. You will help drive sales goals through effective selling strategies, protect assets, and stay informed about new product launches and brand initiatives to enhance customer connections.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 2–3 years of retail experience; leadership preferred.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays.
• Able to stand 8+ hours and lift up to 30 pounds.

Responsabilités

• Deliver outstanding consumer experiences by applying Crocs service style.
• Lead by example on the sales floor and support Store Management to achieve sales goals.
• Assist in all store departments including POS, customer service, merchandising, and stockroom operations for a seamless experience.
• Manage day-to-day team activities, delegate tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely follow-up.
• Stay informed about current product collaborations, launches, and brand initiatives to engage customers.
• Adhere to all Crocs policies including Asset Protection, inventory control, and compliance.
