• 2–3 years of retail experience with a preference for candidates with store leadership roles.
• Flexibility in the work schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays and extended hours.
• Desire to succeed in a high growth, fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding consumer experiences by applying our C.H.A.R.M service model.
• Lead by example on the sales floor and support store management to reach sales goals.
• Assist in POS system management, customer service, merchandising, product placement and stockroom operations.
• Ensure store is business ready with opening/closing procedures and cash handling.
• Act as a brand ambassador, sharing product knowledge and promotions with customers.
• Adhere to all store policies including asset protection, inventory control and compliance.
