Job summary

Crocs, Inc. is hiring a Team Lead, Sales Part Time in Grapevine, TX. You will lead daily store operations, deliver outstanding customer experiences, and support the management team with opening/closing procedures and cash handling.

The role requires 2-3 years of retail experience and a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays. You’ll help the team achieve and exceed sales goals and act as a brand ambassador for HEYDUDE and Crocs while maintaining store standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding consumer experiences using Crocs’ service model.
• Contribute to a positive team culture through feedback and collaboration.
• Assist in all store departments to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
• Lead on the sales floor and partner with Store Management to meet sales goals.
• Manage day-to-day team activities, delegating tasks and monitoring progress.
• Act as a brand ambassador by promoting product collaborations and initiatives.
• Adhere to policies including asset protection and inventory controls.
