Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED (Required).
• 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, retail environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Orient and ground Mobile Experts to a standard of Loving Our Customers and train on customer interaction.
• Ensure customer needs are met and simplify the shopping experience for customers.
• Observe Mobile Experts’ interactions and provide feedback for development and coaching.
• Manage customer wait times and keep up-to-date on products, services and promotions.
• Lead by example and stay current on products, services, training and leadership best practices.
• Maintain store environment and adhere to plan-o-gram standards; ensure store displays are current.
• Ensure teams are knowledgeable about store systems and corporate communications; manage expenses and discounts.
