Job summary

At T-Mobile, Retail leadership role focuses on developing the store team to meet customer needs through coaching and strong operational oversight.

You will drive sales performance, lead training on product knowledge, and ensure excellent customer service while managing store standards and efficiency. This role emphasizes teamwork and hands-on leadership in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED (Required).
• 1 year customer service and/or sales experience in retail environment (Preferred).
• At least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop retail team members to achieve sales targets and deliver customer service excellence.
• Coach and train staff on product knowledge, customer interaction, and store procedures to enhance team performance.
• Manage store operations including visual merchandising, plan-o-gram compliance, and maintaining store environment standards.
• Monitor and control store expenses, discounting, and credits to support financial objectives.
• Oversee customer wait times and ensure customer needs are met through effective team coordination.
• Stay current on products, services, and leadership practices to serve as an expert resource for the team.
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed.
