Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–4 years in Retail Sales preferred.
• Supervisory experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Directs department associates in merchandising, inventory, pricing and customer service.
• Creates to-do lists and executes merchandising directives.
• Maintains plan-o-grams and ensures pricing accuracy.
• Provides exceptional customer service and fosters a productive team environment.
• Participates in staff interviewing, training, scheduling and performance input.
