Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Team Leader to guide department associates in daily operations, merchandising, pricing, inventory, and customer service within a Bass Pro Shop location in Bristol, TN. Under supervision of GSM/DM, you will lead staff, ensure plan-o-grams, and drive service excellence.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years of retail supervisory experience, strong product knowledge, and the ability to motivate a team while achieving department goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–4 years of retail sales supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong ability to analyze reports and manage inventory.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Directs department associates daily, including merchandising, inventory control, pricing and customer service.
• Supports sales and gross margin goals and payroll objectives.
• Prepares task lists and executes merchandising directives.
• Staffs department and coordinates training and scheduling.
• Maintains pricing, UPC integrity and accurate assortments for promotions.
• Ensures a positive, harassment-free work environment and conducts performance input.
