Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous customer service and greet customers in-store and over the phone.
• Operate the cash register with accuracy (processing payments, giving receipts, making change).
• Inspect and price donated goods and textiles according to procedures.
• Process donations from donors and stock shelves for resale.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety in compliance with agency standards.
• Prepare textiles and goods for resale and ensure displays are up to date.
