Elder in the United States seeks a Store Leader to drive customer service excellence and store standards. You will lead on the sales floor, keep the store stocked and clean, and ensure tasks are completed efficiently even in the Manager's absence.

Requirements include 1 year of retail supervisory experience, experience in hardware/home-improvement is a plus, and ability to lift up to 80 lbs; weekend and evening availability is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year retail supervisory experience.
• Experience in hardware or home improvement store a big plus.
• Able to lift up to 80 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Available to work one weekend day per week and 1-2 evenings.

Responsabilités

• Provide exemplary leadership on the sales floor with emphasis on customer service.
• Open and/or close store on a regular basis.
• Ensure store is well-stocked, neat, and clean for Elder's experience.
• Oversee four Duty Lists, load freight, complete projects, and supervise staff.
• Train staff and enforce store policies; step in during Manager absences.
