Job summary

The role requires leadership across shifts, strong product knowledge, and proficiency with store systems. A flexible schedule including weekends and holidays may be needed.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of Store Support team procedures and policies.
• Capable of teaching others in a positive and constructive manner.
• Demonstrates advanced product knowledge, maintains awareness of new products.
• Excellent interpersonal, motivational, team building, and customer relationship skills.
• Advanced knowledge of regulatory and safety policies and procedures.
• Proficient mathematical skills for assessing financial performance, monitoring profitability, and managing inventory.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and delegates tasks to Team Members.
• Works with Team Trainer to train Team Members in a high-performance team and minimize turnover.
• Assists in training of new Team Members using learning checklists and training materials.
• Keeps all cases and shelves clean, well-stocked and properly rotated.
• Resolves difficult customer situations.
• Ensures all necessary breaks are given.
• Communicates team concerns to the Team Leader and Associate Team Leader.
• Communicates attendance issues or concerns to Team Leader and Store Leadership.
• Sets and achieves high standards of retail execution.
• Fosters a positive environment of outstanding teamwork, mutual respect, and morale.
• Maintains awareness of customer flows and directs Team Members to delight customers.
• Selects, trains, mentors, motivates, and counsels Team Members to sustain high performance.
• Provides timely performance evaluations.
• Models WFM vision and goals.
