Whole Foods Market in Eatontown, NJ is seeking aTeam Leader-support role focused on daily operations, profitability, and staff development. You will work with the Team Leader to achieve sales, purchasing, and labor targets while maintaining top-tier product knowledge and customer service.

A high-energy, mentorship-minded candidate with retail experience is preferred. You will help manage vendor relationships, train and coach Team Members, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and SOPs.

Qualificações

• 18+ months retail Team Member experience.
• 6+ months supervisory experience.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical tasks as described.
• Comfort with fast-paced store operations and customer service.

Responsabilidades

• Assists Team Leader in daily operations and profitability strategies.
• Leads and develops Team Members to meet sales and labor targets.
• Analyzes sales, reports, and labor with Team Leader.
• Maintains product knowledge and vendor relationships.
• Resolves team concerns and acts as point person in Team Leader's absence.
• Ensures high standards of retail execution and customer service.
• Directs Team Members to meet customer needs and store goals.
• Delivers timely performance evaluations for staff.
