Job summary

Nike Inc. in Oakbrook, IL is seeking a Retail Supervisor (Specialist) to lead store teams in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. The role is full-time with 34-40 hours per week, including nights and weekends, and offers an hourly pay range of $20.00–$26.00.

You’ll drive service standards and help customers find the right products. You’ll train and motivate teammates, manage daily operations, stock displays, and support Nike’s Service Principles to create memorable customer experiences.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail or consumer service experience
• Must be at least 18 (U.S.)
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays
