Nike Inc. in Eagan, MN is seeking a Retail Supervisor to lead a fast-paced, customer-focused team.

The role is full-time, with hours including nights and weekends, and a pay rate ranging from $20.50 to $26.65 per hour, depending on location, qualifications and experience. As a Nike Retail Supervisor, you’ll guide customers, supervise staff, and uphold Nike’s service standards while promoting employee benefits such as discounts, 401(k), health savings accounts, tuition reimbursement, and stock

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail or consumer service experience
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays based on store needs
• Must be at least 18
• Ability to learn and train on the latest products and technologies
• Physical requirements include the ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods of time with or without reasonable accommodations
• Use customer service authentically to ensure customers feel seen and understood in our stores
