Nike, Inc. is seeking a Retail Supervisor ( Specialist ) to lead a high-energy team in-store, delivering exceptional customer experiences and guiding the selling floor with enthusiasm.

You will model Nike Service Principles, train colleagues, and ensure visual standards are maintained while driving sales and customer satisfaction. In this role, you’ll manage cash operations, stock, and store events, while staying flexible to meet store needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Competenze

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1 year of retail or consumer service experience preferred.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays based on store needs.
• Ability to learn and train on the latest products and technologies.
