Dollar Tree Stores INC. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help run daily store operations, assist customers, and develop the store team.

You will participate in opening/closing, merchandise tasks, and loss prevention while upholding company policies and safety standards. The role emphasizes strong communication, leadership, and hands-on involvement in maintaining the sales floor, stockroom, and customer-facing areas.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment is preferred
• Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills are required
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment is required
• Exceptional customer service, organizational, and communication skills are required

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities
