Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize own work to complete routine tasks.
• Follow policies and procedures with guidance from leadership.
• Support customer service and assist with donations and store tasks.
• Serve as an ambassador for Goodwill in the community.
• Maximize value of donated goods and maintain store standards.
• Coordinate rotation of goods to ensure new merchandise flows in.
• Assist with hiring processes; conduct phone screens and training as needed.
• Operate as a service experience leader at the POS; manage tills and cash controls.
• Maintain a safe and orderly work environment; follow safety practices.
• Assist with loss prevention procedures with store management.
• Enter data accurately in required reports; share insights with leadership.
• Communicate policies clearly and report concerns to leadership.
• Plan work assignments to improve customer service and protect assets.
• Perform other assigned duties as needed.
