Job summary

Bass Pro Shops in Foxborough, MA is seeking a Team Leader to guide department associates, oversee merchandising, inventory control, pricing, stocking and customer service every day.

You will provide daily direction, support scheduling and training, and coordinate with store management to achieve sales and service goals while maintaining a positive, high-performance team environment for customers and colleagues alike.

Qualifications

• Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience: 2 to 4 years in Retail Sales
• Supervisory experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Provides daily direction to the department associates and maintains merchandising directives
• Supports departmental sales, gross margin, inventory shrinkage and payroll goals
• Maintains plan-o-grams and conducts product demos for staff
• Staffs the department with service-oriented associates and coordinates training
• Ensures a pleasant and productive shopping experience for customers
