Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver a high level of personalized customer engagement.
• Support the store leadership in achieving sales goals and KPIs.
• Model selling behaviors and coach associates to meet productivity goals.
• Supervise daily store operations including open/close procedures and floor coverage.
• Support stockroom operations and ensure timely product flow to the sales floor.
• Assist in training and onboarding new team members; provide feedback.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure product replenishment.
• Uphold safety policies and store procedures.
