Job summary

Perry Ellis International is seeking a Supervisor Key Holder to support the Store Manager in daily store operations and sales leadership. You will ensure customer satisfaction, merchandise presentation, and team performance across the store.

The role requires 1-2 years of retail experience, an energetic attitude, and strong verbal/written communication. Flexible availability, transportation, and ability to lift up to 25 pounds are needed. High school degree required.

• Help manage staffing levels based on business trends and payroll guidelines.
• Maintain visual standards and ensure store cleanliness and presentation.
• Collaborate on loss prevention awareness and reporting to management.
• Support the team in achieving store KPI targets and customer satisfaction goals.
