Job summary

Goodwill Central Oklahoma is seeking individuals to help grow our mission—supporting people toward greater independence through training and services. This role assists store management with daily responsibilities and supervises Store Associates as needed.

Starting pay includes eligibility for the RISE program, which offers career guidance and life skills support. The position requires reliable attendance, customer focus, and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High School degree or GED preferred.
• Prior retail experience or customer service experience preferred.
• 6 months supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to speak, read and write English.
• Reliable transportation and communication required.

Responsibilities

• Punctual and dependable attendance.
• Provide excellent customer service and train employees in customer service skills.
• Assist in preparation of daily reports.
• Open and close cash registers and balance cash drawers.
• Assist in sales and processing of items.
• Conduct monthly safety inspections with Store Manager.
• Maintain safety log and coordinate safety drills.
• Attend training as required.
• Adhere to agency safety policies and procedures.
